Movie Night: SALTBURN

 

Description:  A student at Oxford University finds himself drawn into the world of a charming and aristocratic classmate, who invites him to his eccentric family's sprawling estate for a summer never to be forgotten.

All about TQPOC Activism, Liberation and Joy w/ BSU

Description: Ever wondered about the hidden gems of Pride history? Prepare to dive deep into a treasure trove of stories that have been overlooked for far too long. We're putting the spotlight on the unsung heroes - the Black and brown trans pioneers who paved the glittery path for queer liberation!

But wait, there's more! Get your game face on because we're turning this into a showdown of knowledge and wit with our very own interactive game of Jeopardy! Test your LGBTQ+ history prowess as we explore the past, present, and future of our community. Come on by for a chance to win prizes from local Black owned businesses.

Affirmation Card Making

Description:  Create your own unique affirmation card(s) to carry with you wherever you go, or make one (or a few) for someone you care about. Come alone or bring a friend, everyone is welcome.

Aromantic + Asexual Community Building

Description:  A casual setting where folks who are aro/ace can foster positive relationships with others in the community. With this community building program, we hope students will gain a better understanding of what the identities mean, and also bring awareness to their erasure.

Queer Talks Series: Impacts of Queerbaiting

Description:  Embark on a transformative journey with our program, tackling queerbaiting head-on. Break free from the shadows of ambiguity and dive into vibrant discussions that empower and enlighten. Uncover the real stories, challenge preconceptions, and celebrate the rich tapestry of LGBTQ+ experiences. Join us in fostering a dialogue that transcends bait and switch, creating a space where authenticity thrives and true understanding prevails. It's time to spark conversations that matter – let's rewrite the narrative together

LBGTQ+ Student Advisory Board Meeting

Description:  What programs do you want to see from us? What is impacting you at MIT? Bring your ideas to our February LBGTQ+ Advisory Board meeting. We encourage all MIT undergrads, graduates, and postdocs to engage in thoughtful discussion and expand their communities.
