Honoring the commitment to inclusiveness and equity for members of the campus community, MIT launched a pilot project designating multi-stalled, all-gender restrooms in different areas of the campus.  This project is organized by a collaborative team of students, faculty and staff, with the support of LBGTQ+ Services, MIT Facilities, the Institute Community and Equity Office and the Provost’s Office.

A current listing of designated all-gender restrooms located on the MIT Cambridge campus can be found using the pilot digital restroom directory created by the Facility Information Systems (FIS) team within the Office of Campus Planning, or by downloading pdfs of restroom locations (all-gender, as well as men’s and women’s) linked from the restroom directory.
